lEASING PROGRAM

To get started, please understand the following below:

Equipment: You must own your own equipment. 

Trucks accepted: 
  • Semis
  • Box Trucks( 26”and more with liftgate and pallet jack)
Trailers accepted: 
  • Flatbed 
  • Step decks
  • Hotshots (30-40ft)
  • Dry vans
  • Reefers 
  • RGNs 
Not accepted: 
  • 16ft to 20ft Box Trucks 
  • Anything less that 30ft trailers
Down Payment:
A down payment is required to repay directly to the insurance and may also be required for fuel cards and Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs).
 
Fuel Cards: $500 deposit (if needed) 
Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) 
  • One-time Cost: $300 
  • Monthly Fee: $35 
Ownership: You retain ownership of the ELD device after completing the lease agreement. 
Important Note: We can deduct this from the first gross. It doesn’t have to be paid upfront.
 
Insurance

Insurance premiums vary based on the driver’s record and the type of equipment being used.

  • Insurance Down Payment (must be paid upfront by the owner operator initially, monthly insurance will be deducted from the gross moving forward).
  • Monthly Insurance Cost: Insurance premiums are due once per month, typically within the same week each month. Subsequently, for each month following the commencement date, the Owner Operator shall make a monthly insurance payment, with the payment to be deducted the first week of every month.
Fees
  • Lease Fee: 4% 
  • Dispatch Fee: 8% 
  • Factoring Fee: 3.25%
Other considerations:

Over-the-Road (OTR) Travel: Must be willing to travel OTR. 

Repairs & Maintenance: You are responsible for all repairs and maintenance of your equipment.
